Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not quite the right fit, no worries—we're happy to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original purchase price to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (if we provide a return label).
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because we're a small business, we reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet the conditions above.

How to Start a Return

Just send us an email within 10 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return

Once your return is approved, we'll send you everything you need to get it headed back our way.

If you don't hear back within two business days, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Reach out again—we were probably Zzzzz, Zzzzz.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We've got you.

The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the size you want and return the original item for a refund.

If you'd rather do a traditional exchange, just send us an email with your order number and the size you'd like instead. As soon as we receive your return, we'll ship your replacement.
